What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Let us know your arrival time in advance and the host will meet you at the property, including late arrivals.
Do all rooms have a private bathroom?
Yes. Every room has its own private bathroom with a shower, towels, a hairdryer, free toiletries and toilet paper.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the property and is free of charge.
Can I park there?
Private parking is available in a garage nearby. A reservation is needed and charges may apply, so please ask us before you arrive.
Is breakfast served?
Breakfast is not served, but there is a kitchen where you can prepare drinks, snacks or simple meals, and cafes and restaurants are about 100 m away.
Is there a kitchen I can use?
Yes. Several units have a private kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle and kitchenware, and there is also a shared kitchen with plenty of space and dishes.
How far is the property from Valencia city centre?
The historic centre is around 6 km away and easy to reach by metro or tram from stops within walking distance of the house.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors, and parties or events are not allowed.
Are cribs or extra beds available?
Cribs and extra beds are not available, but children of all ages are welcome in our rooms. The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Is there a swimming pool, restaurant or spa?
There is no pool, restaurant or spa. Guests enjoy a sun deck, a planted inner courtyard and a terrace with an outdoor dining area instead.
